In 2023, I began taking a camera out in public to ask strangers questions as a way to hone my skills as an interviewer, and enhance my ability to create a story out of a conversation. My first time doing so was for one of my university documentary projects, titled Because People are Interesting.

I enjoyed the process so much I began doing it for fun, and have traveled to places to ask people various questions about themselves. I believe my fascination with this sort of work stems from my love for cinema verite films, as well as my anthropological instincts.
