DOCUMENTARY

Four Strangers (2023)

Directed, shot and edited by myself, Four Strangers is a short documentary that highlights the lives of four international students at Temple University through candid and personal conversations.

Key points of discussion include the background and origin of each subject, and their experience not only as a student in the United States, but as a resident.

Because People Are Interesting (2023)

This is my favorite film of mine to date. Another self directed documentary, this short film provides a unique window into the lives of the citizens of Philadelphia and Temple University through the introduction of a certain theoretical question.

The Story of the Washington Nationals (2019)

This one is a bit of an acquired taste as it most likely only appeals to those who describe themselves as dedicated baseball fans, but it is one of my proudest works.

On the back of my hometown Washington Nationals baseball team winning a championship, I edited an archived footage documentary on the history of the club, inspired by the themes and soundtracks of Mychael Danna’s Moneyball (2011).

As of 2023,  the video has produced more than fifteen thousand views and hundreds of engagements on YouTube, including many words of praise in the comment section and reposts of fans of the video. The encouragement I have received from the project has been a large part of my inspiration to pursue a career in post-production.
